Studio Pod is available for delivery or dedicated installation for campuses, corporations and businesses across the nation. Whether a corporate campus or a university, Studio Pod provides the perfect solution for Unlimited access to professional headshots.

Logistics

• Delivery is simple and our Pods are set up by our professional technicians. Our team is familiar working with building properties and logistics managers to ensure a seamless delivery.

• It is helpful to have access to a freight elevator, and many buildings require us to load in through a loading dock. Each building is different, and we’ll be happy to work with you to ensure a seamless delivery and set up process.

• Studio Pod takes about 1-2 hours to set up, and about an hour to remove. Our Studio Pod technicians will take care of it all, and will train your staff on how to use the Pod before they leave if your team is managing Pod use for the day.

Space requirements

• Studio Pod requires 8X8 ft of space, but it is recommended to have about 10X10 ft of set up area.
